Our Wine Tasting Menu offers a variety of white and red wines, paired with cheeses and snacks to enhance the tasting experience. The white wine flight includes the 2020 Chardonnay Sobre Vista Vineyard, 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Patient Terrier Vineyard, and 2021 Dry Gewurztraminer Calandrelli Vineyard, all with distinct flavors and aromas. The tasting concludes with the 2019 Dry White Zinfandel. The red wine flight begins with the 2018 Three Sons Cuvee Pinot Noir, followed by the 2018 Haas Vineyard Pinot Noir, and the 2017 Hillside Cuvee Vineyard Pinot Noir. The tasting concludes with the flagship wine, the 2016 Estate Grown Pinot Noir, which has received numerous accolades. Each wine is paired with a complementary cheese or snack. The menu offers a range of unique and delicious wine and cheese combinations for guests to explore.
