USCG TRACEN Campground

Scouts have access to fire rings, running water, and electricity, but there are no showers, only port-a-potties. Troops can also arrange for a base tour, use the enlisted dining hall for meals, and attend chapel service on Sundays. To register, complete the SCOUT CAMPING REGISTRATION FORM and send it via email, mail, or fax. The council must have a current license agreement with the United States Coast Guard Training Center and proof of liability insurance. If the council does not have an agreement, they must submit a letter requesting one. Scouts can have a fun and unique camping experience on a real Coast Guard base at TRACEN Cape May Campground.
